By accessing or using Brydget's mobile application and web services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Brydget provides an AI-powered assistant designed to help you manage your work tasks, including but not limited to:

• Natural language conversations with an AI assistant
• Calendar management and scheduling
• Contact management
• Estimates and invoice creation
• Voice input and text-to-speech capabilities

3. SMS Communications

If you choose to enable SMS reminders, you agree to the following:

• You must verify your phone number and explicitly opt-in to receive SMS messages
• Message frequency varies based on reminders you create
• Message and data rates may apply
• You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message or disabling SMS in your account settings

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information as needed
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Use automated means to access the Services without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Services

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Brydget and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without express permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services. By submitting content, you grant Brydget a license to use, process, and store that content as necessary to provide the Services.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Services include AI-powered features that generate responses and content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it
• Brydget is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may integrate with third-party services (such as Google Calendar). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party services. Brydget is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brydget shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Brydget does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brydget and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Brydget may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Services or via email. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
